Erica was absolutely wonderful, with exceptional attention to detail. I left with a flawless manicure and pedicure thanks to her beautiful work. She was so friendly and welcoming making the experience so peaceful and relaxing. My massage was also a very relaxing and comfortable experience thanks to her. I highly recommend her services and thank her for all of her pampering today!

I'm going to give my honest opinion here. My husband had bought me a gift certificate for Christmas. I've been twice now. Both times I've had an eyebrow and upper lip wax. Eyebrows have been fie but I simply require a tidy up. My shape etc. is already perfect. The upper lip. Boy is that a different story. First time when removing the strip it was pulled too lightly thus causing unnecessary pain. I prefer my wax experience to have muscle and a firm touch. I donot enjoy a soft touch and gentle movements when it comes to waxing. The hair was not completely removed and I had to lie and say it was perfect as I can not tolerate tweezing after a wax on the upper lip. My upper lip was not completed and the following day I noticed there was still quite a bit hair closer to my lip. Second visit was a facial.and a wax. It was my very first facial so nothing to compare it too. The products used definitely felt nice and my skin felt very hydrated and supple afterwards. The wax was a different story. This time was the cherry on my no plans to go back.Sundae. The young lady was absolutely very nice. Issues , the wax was not hot enough, alot of hair was left behind, I have never in my life been asked to hold my skin tight while she pulled the strip. That was so weird and not fun. I would do it myself at-home if I had to pull my face tight everytime. Just too weird and felt very unprofessional. I had to hit up another salon the following morning as I had an event that afternoon, hence the facial and wax in the first place. I appreciate that some may enjoy things done this way and prefer a soft touch. For me personally it comes off as unexperienced and a tad unprofessional. I plan to use the remainder of my gift certificate on products. I may try a massage here in the future but that would be the only service I would be comfortable trying again. When paying a premium I do expect my money's worth. I Tip well and show my gratitude for any person whom performs a service for me. It's unfortunate I was not able to develop a relationship with this salon. Since moving from Toronto it seems I leave happy when in my home region. Belleville has yet to knock my socks off...... still trying though. My salon/person is here somewhere!

Just had my 1st appointment here! I'm very new to waxing, only done it a couple times at home myself, only my legs and back, but I decided to jump right in and get a brazillian + full leg wax for my first professional appointment. The facilities and wait room are very clean anywhere you look! The woman at the front desk has been very polite the handful of times I've spoken to her, I feel totally comfortable to call back and make another appointment when the time comes! As for my waxer, I was handed over to Darla! Darla had fantastic bedside manner from start to finish, she communicated all throughout the process and gave me plenty of information about waxing going forward and lots of tips for avoiding things like ingrown hair, minimizing pain, friction, etc. I have PCOS which leads to strong, dark hair growth just about anywhere you could imagine, I expected it to hurt much more! Honestly, the worst places were the tender, textured inner thighs and (I'm sure you can guess it) around the labia, but much to my delight that's not the largest area to wax so it was over before I knew it! Honestly, I think for these things the biggest mistake is psyching yourself out beforehand! Go in confident and relaxed! I'll definitely be back again!
