Matthew StaggI am somewhat of a regular at this Starbucks and I know the staff will always give me a kind welcome, they even know my order before I say it! The seating could be more comfortable and perhaps the walls could use a lick of paint, but overall I always have such a lovely visit and the staff are always so wonderful and helpful.
M ParichaNot many places offer you ice water at their water station, I thought that was really thoughtful. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is great (dogs are allowed as well). ❤️ Definitely coming back:)
Becca BurgessStaff have very little understanding of allergens mistakenly ordered a drink I hadn’t realised contained wheat which was completely my fault However when I returned to ask what drinks and asked what drinks where gluten free I was met with a very rude response of nothing from a staff member I said I was happy with cross contamination risk and said I’d been advised before some coffees were gluten free. They weren’t busy I was not offered to look at an allergen list . Staff need re-training on allergens and there should have been a member of staff on shift who had a better understanding.

I always believe in the products that Starbucks delivered was exceptional compared to standalone cafes or their competitors. But with this behavior, I'd rather go somewhere else.
