Customer experiences
My wife and I stayed at The St. Regis Deer Valley for one night after our wedding, and from the moment we checked in, we were completely spoiled. The team surprised us with an upgrade to a stunning suite, setting the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. Once inside, we were greeted by our butler with an incredible spread — champagne on ice, a beautiful charcuterie board, cake, and a personalized card congratulating us and referencing where we got married. The attention to detail, the thoughtfulness, and the way the team went above and beyond made us feel truly special and cared for. Every part of the experience reflected genuine hospitality and luxury at its finest. We left feeling like no other hotel could ever compare. The St. Regis Deer Valley has set the bar impossibly high — we never want to stay anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay absolutely unforgettable. We will surely be back!
We recently stayed at the St. Regis Deer Valley for two nights. The first night was perfect. We saw Lindsey Stirling at the amphitheater, had a relaxing evening in our room, and enjoyed some quality time together as a couple.||||During check-in, we were told we had been upgraded from a parking-lot view to a mountain view, which sounded great. We were also told there was a wedding scheduled on the patio, but no one disclosed how disruptive it would be. The live band was so loud that we couldn’t relax or have a conversation. Our only options were to blast the TV or wear earplugs, which should never be the case at a 5-star resort.||||When we raised the issue, the front desk supervisor, Jeff, was extremely rude and dismissive, essentially telling us there would be no refund. The only compensation offered was $200 off our food bill. We were never offered an alternate room, and the deafening noise continued from 6 PM to 11 PM.||||Ironically, if we had been given the original room we booked, we would have been far from the noise. At over $1,000 a night, we expected better service and proactive communication. If a wedding is going to bring club-level noise, guests should be informed during booking so they can make an informed decision.||||There are many excellent 5-star choices in Park City, and unfortunately, the St. Regis really let us down. On this trip, even a Fairfield Inn would have been more relaxing.
This hotel is first class. Everything about it is perfect. The staff is amazing and truly want you to have a wonderful stay. We went last fall too and loved it so much we came back this fall. It saddens me with the negative reviews people are writing, I truly can’t understand how people complain about this property. If you are so fortunate to be able to go to the St Regis you will have an amazing stay and experience.
I stayed at The St. Regis Deer Valley in August. It was a great experience, beautul hotel setting. The staff could not have been nicer, and we even had wonderful dog amenities for our ppet that joined us.||The food and beverage was delcious and really all of the amenities like the pool,, gym and spa were top notch.||They have done a remarkable job fusing the upper level of the hotel with the motor lobby entrane and creating a motorized tram to tie toether both entrances. Really genius!
The St. Regis Deer Valley is a hotel.
