This was the most STRESS FREE, AFFORDABLE way to move. WOW. We had the storage box dropped at our old house and kept it there for 3 days, packed it up, then we had it moved (seamlessly) to our new place. Nothing was damaged or moved because of the tilt-free system. Then, we had it at our new house for 3 days to allow us to unpack at our leisure. No stress, rush or cost of a moving truck, movers, etc. The Storage Box was very responsive, flexible, kind and helpful. We will 100% be using them again for our next move and will recommend to everyone!

Wish there were more stars... Everything about our experience with The Storage Box, from initial quote to final pick-up and credit to the account, was outstanding. Pricing was very competitive, and having the option to pay a daily rate instead of whole monthly rate worked really well for us. Credit to the account for unused days paid in advance was processed to our account within a few hours of box pick-up. Everyone we dealt with, over the phone and in person, was professional and friendly. Delivery and pick-up times were confirmed by text, and both drivers called to advise specific time about 20-30 minutes ahead of arrival. The box was spotlessly clean and in brand new condition, and the size options available met our needs. Their system of putting the box in place and removing it is superior to anything we have seen with other companies. Box was set in place and leveled perfectly very quickly, with no marring of our driveway surface. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with The Storage Box, and definitively recommend them. We will, without hesitation, use them again if we need a storage solution.

I would highly recommend The Storage Box for your next move. It was so convenient to have the box delivered a couple of weeks prior to the move to load at a nice pace and then, similarly, to unload at a manageable pace. The communication with the office is prompt and pleasant. The boxes are clean and well kept. The drivers (Chris and Brian) were super pleasant and fun to chat with. Overall, a great experience!

10/10 recommend The Storage Box. We just moved and had a bin at our house for a couple weeks to load up before moving day and the price was almost the same as renting a U-Haul truck for 1 day. The driver was so friendly and the customer service was amazing, such a seamless process from booking to scheduling moves and pick ups. The truck picks it up so gently and keeps it flat, everything arrived at our new place with no damage.
