My husband was there yesterday. I will quote my husband: "The most intelligent dentist and nicest, most accommodating staff! We have lived in Toronto, Niagara Falls, and Muskoka. We have been with Dr. Prsa and his amazing staff since we moved back to Windsor 20 years ago. We have referred many family members and friends, and there have been no complaints. I have been a patient at this office for many years!! I would highly recommend Dr.Prsa and his staff to anyone looking for a new dentist. Super friendly and professional- they do become like an extended family. Dr.Prsa’s staff, from receptionist to hygienist, they are so welcoming and always have a bubbly personality. If they are having a bad day you would never know because they don’t let it show to their clients. They always take great care and pride with their service and are very accommodating to my child who has sensory difficulties. They never get frustrated at her, if she needs to take a break during cleaning and they never have us feeling like they need to rush through it to get to the next patient. I am extremely happy with the service we have at their office!

I have 100% coverage under the Canadian Dental Care Plan and when dealing with the office they misrepresented their involvement in the program and was going to charge me fees. They are not registered and I did check with Sunlife. This is purely taking advantage of seniors of meager means. I say SHAME !!!

Dr. Prsa , Dr. Hallett, and the entire team are wonderful. They are extremely compassionate, empathetic, and eager to help. Dr. Prsa is very concerned about patient comfort and never pushes his patients past their comfort zone when they are in pain. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Prsa’s and so thankful for how they go out of their way to accommodate my husband’s blindness. He is never treated as second class, they address him directly instead of asking me questions about him, and they ask me how he’s doing when he’s not with me. They are all just very kind people.
