Had to cancel my registration few days prior of the start of my course. I was not happy that the owner took my money and never cared to refund or offer a credit on my file; after a family incidence that made me unable to join. She sounded like she has a strict no refund policy and didn't even care to credit it even after asking her to let me join on the next coming course. Knowing that i canceled 6 days prior of the start I have been treated very wrong at this place.
