Hidden jam of Hamilton! I am so glad I found this salon! Great atmosphere, amazing people work there. Andrew and Olia are great! Olia is my go-to for cut and colour, always take time to listen to my ideas and does her best to make it happen, no matter how complicated it is. She also does a great job with men haircuts and working with little kids. If you are there - you are in the good hands!

I came here on Friday to set up an appointment for Saturday at 2:30 pm a trim. Andrew was very polite and welcoming and quoted me $35.00 for the cut. I came the next day with my hair already washed as I had a deadline to get to work, for 4:00 pm so I was trying to save time. My hair was to my bellybutton/top of my butt, and I asked for a trim- a couple inches off. Andrew didn't show me my hair until 3:45, and my heart plummeted to my stomach. He took 8 inches off, and it was extremely uneven. He "fixed" a couple spots, but I had to rush out the door as it had taken so long already. He also then charged me $40.00. Two years worth of growth was removed, and I have no idea how a professional hair stylist can get a request so wrong. The salon was closed the next day, but said online it was open Monday-Saturday. The phone number doesn't work, so I had no way of reaching anyone, so I had no other option but to return Monday and Tuesday, and the salon was still closed. Finally on Wednesday they were open. I spoke with Andrew and he agreed to give me a refund after I asked. The only reason I'm giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 is that Andrew was apologetic and friendly to deal with. I am a professional actress, and now my hair doesn't match my headshots. I now need new headshots which cost $700.00. I absolutely will not return. Photos show my length before and after cut. Andrew ROCKS! I am super thrilled with my hair, the time and attention taken... first during the pre-hairstlye consult... and again the day we did it.. Andrew took great care to understand my hair AND my needs.. and the result: I am very pleased! And recommend this place to everyone!
