We thought we were going to have to lift the entire floor as the tile had since sold out and been discontinued but Gavin was extremely helpful, calling others who had purchased the same tile and managed to source us 2 tiles to allow us to get the job finished. Great prices and great service, thanks a lot!
David TinsleyGreat to deal with at the beginning, very friendly etc, poor follow up though, I had to constantly call the shop to get up dates, I got messed about by tilers who miss informed me with the amount of tiles I had to order, so I over ordered, (My Fault) however the manager never told me about a zero return policy, he said he would ask his boss if they were interested in buying them back and he would call me with a decision that’s 2 months ago and I’ve heard nothing about leaving numerous messages, I’ve now been left with over £800 worth of tiles in my garage which I’m going to have to waste. A word of warning ask if your tiler gets the measurements wrong is there a return policy on your tiles.
