I want to express my extreme anger towards the individual and the company. I spoke with during after-hours support. My vehicle was locked out at 1745 West 4th while visiting Comor at 6 PM on December 6th. My vehicle was locked out and I was trying to reach someone to retrieve my vehicle as the gates were closed. The building had essentially no signage to indicate any information neither at the gate nor near the front of the building. When I did find someone via the after-hours support number I was met with a very rude individual who was no help whatsoever, at first she mentioned the building wasn't owned by Avison Young until a follow-up call later on when pointing it out on their website. The lady was working at 6:59 and 7:06, she deserves to be reprimanded as I was feeling completely helpless and my son even fell down and hit his head while waiting outside in the cold. In the end, I needed to call an UBER and lost 30 dollars. The management needs to do a better job with their service. This will not be the end of this matter.
