Allow me to set the stage…four dogs on a month long roadtrip, one is a Husky and one is a Great Pyrenees. My car was covered in hair, slobber, dog food, and dust. The amazing team at Auto Detailing Austin made it look brand spanking new, and I could not be more grateful! Prior to the trip my car had been immaculate, so having it returned to its previous state was so appreciated. Not only did they do a great job on the car itself, but their customer service/scheduling was wonderful! The gals that helped me schedule, drop off, and pick up, were all amazing and so helpful! Had a great experience with Auto Detailing Austin. Jasmine was super professional and even honored the $100 deposit I paid months ago when I missed my first appointment , that really meant a lot. Ty was the tech who worked on my truck, and he did an amazing job. He got rid of a tough oil spill and even went the extra mile with some extra touch-ups I didn’t even ask for. You can tell he loves what he does, and i appreciate that a lot. The truck looked way better than I expected. Just felt taken care of all around. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to.

They exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. My car looked brand new inside and out! Every nook and cranny was spotless, and they even got out stains I thought were permanent. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality detailing at a fair price.
