The views from the room were simply amazing, offering a breathtaking perspective of the city—it truly enhanced the entire trip. Beyond the stunning scenery, the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Finally, the rooms were both spacious and impeccably clean. The Westin's well-maintained facilities made for a truly comfortable and relaxing visit. This hotel is a clear five-star experience!

It is probably the best hotel health club in Ottawa. The swimming pool is great, guy is perfect, sauna is the best in Ottawa for sure. They also have massage therapists.
