The Wool Den

I've been here a while ago and only now have the chance to write this. Honestly, I'm disappointed. The three stars are for the yarn quality, but the customer service would be two stars at most. I'm a young person, and that really threw off whoever was working the register that day. She was very uninterested in me in general, and pretty condescending. After I asked her about any crochet groups she just told me the price, then I asked if they have any fabrics and she just told me the price of the sewing and crochet classes. I'm never going back, but I did at least find my new favourite brand of yarn. I just rethought the review and realised that the yarn brand isn't even that unnacessable and is found pretty commonly, I just didn't encounter it before, but now I'm seeing it everywhere.

Rag wreath workshop - lovely session, hosted by Liz the owner with a really friendly group of ladies. I left the workshop with a beautiful wreath ready to put up alongside my Christmas decorations. Thank you so much for an enjoyable evening.

The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help, I am a wheelchair user and the shop was a little tight, but every effort was made to make it totally accessible to me, I was also very pleasantly surprised at the fantastic range of yarn they have and found the prices to be competitive. I will definitely be buying from there in the future. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.
