We recently carried out a full roof renewal for Ripping Yarns, and while the project had a few hiccups in the beginning, we’re really pleased with how things progressed — and especially grateful for the patience and understanding shown by the team there. Like with many roofing projects, unforeseen issues can occasionally arise once the old materials are removed. In this case, we encountered a few unexpected challenges early on, which temporarily slowed down progress and understandably raised a few concerns. However, the team at Ripping Yarns were incredibly cooperative, open to communication, and allowed us the time to put things right without pressure. Their professional attitude and willingness to work with us made a real difference. We addressed the issues as quickly as possible, explained every step clearly, and ensured the final result met the highest standards. The new roof is now fully watertight, secure, and built to last — and we’re proud of how it turned out.
