Just started going here the last few weeks. I just moved back to the area and was looking for a local gym that was also locally owned. I also find that gyms with owners who actually use the gym they own tend to be better. This gym is exactly what I was looking for! This gym also offers a variety of really nice weight equipment and machines.

The workout company is a great gym . It’s not your typical commercial gym that’s crowded ! It’s a family owned gym that has a great amount of equipment. Carl and Carol who mainly run the gym are great people and in the afternoon it’s awesome being welcomed by Mason who works there he is a great guy who is always there to help and uncover any needs. If you haven’t worked out here yet you’re missing out !

As someone who came from Crunch and many school rec facilities, this gym offers so much not just in equipment but atmosphere and experience. You feel like you are apart of a supportive fitness community as soon as you walk through the doors. This gym is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend anyone at any level of fitness come check it out.

This family owned business values their members and offers a consistently welcoming, and friendly atmosphere. Along with the latest in group fitness classes, BOOTCAMPS, small group, private and semi-private personal training options, there are plenty of fitness machines and free-weights for doing your own workout. A lively place with a lot going on!
