The Yoga Shala Calgary

1. Wonderful experience over here. 2. I am new to Calgary and was looking for suitable yoga center. This one fulfilled the need. 3. Fortunately I had the experience of Yin, Asthanga, Flow and Restorative Yoga. The teachers are awesome (Dana, Lauren, Tim, Ariffa, Jennifer: you are awesome) 4. Nice, spacious place. 5. The Shala is a beautiful spacious home. It is rich in community and depth. Dana and her Yoga family create a simple and beautiful space to connect through your practice . It holds the energy of the tradition of yoga and support the union of it all.

Yoga Shala is a warm and inviting community of teachers and students. The instructors are all knowledgeable, helpful and focused on each participant having the best session for them at their level. As a beginner I never felt intimidated. Yoga Shala offers a wide variety of classes and each one I have taken has been great. I loved their 19 Street location - the room was always warm and relaxing. I highly recommend Yoga Shala and plan on practicing Yoga with them for many years to come.
