The Yoga Studio Atlanta

My experience at The yoga studio has been delightful. The atmosphere is always inviting and peaceful. I've had the awesome opportunity to interact with a few of the teachers there, and it's always great energy. Ryan is filled with some much warmth, understanding, and personality, she is definitely one of my favorite instructors as well as Lashawn(hopefully I spelled it correct) and a few others I'm not sure how to spell their names but the line up of instructor are amazing and they all radiate beautiful energy while teaching. Highly recommend you come out and take a class, you will not be disappointed whether you're a beginner or advanced, for a group or a solo class, it's fitting for all. The booking is easy and the location is great.

I’ve taken classes and workshops here, and actually lived in the building when I lived in Atlanta, so visiting always makes me feel like home away from home. A comfortable temperature, a welcoming environment, and accessible to challenging flows always remind me, a yoga teacher myself, of the beauty of being a student. I encourage you to truly take it all in while you’re there, also…from the beautiful plants filling the air with oxygen, to the cultural reference materials (some directly from the owner’s travels and training in India), to the complimentary tea, to the exceptionally curated playlists and incense. Treat yourself to The Yoga Studio Atlanta experience…and then merge out into that traffic with your senses at peace and ease.

Booked a class with a group of friends and Ryan definitely exceeded my expectations! Having never attended a yoga class before, I was concerned that I might feel out of place or struggle to keep up which was not the case. She guided us on a mind-body journey that left us all feeling empowered and appreciative of what our bodies can do. Her instructions were very easy to follow, helping us fine tune poses to our ability while maintaining a sense of unity among the group. I'm now inspired to take more classes as this was truly an experience that brightened my day! She also provides mats and blocks for loan during the class so no one is left unprepared!
