Therapy with Shanni

My partner and I have been seeing John for about a year now, and we are so incredibly grateful for all the help and support he’s given us. He’s truly exceptional at his craft — an insightful, compassionate, and skilled therapist who creates a safe space for both of us to feel heard and understood. John is a phenomenal listener and has an amazing ability to support and guide two people with very different backgrounds and ways of thinking. His approach thoughtfully takes us into account as both individuals and as a couple, making us better communicators and a stronger team. We can’t recommend him enough!

I've been going to GTS for about 10 months and Mandolin has been helping me work through some struggles in my life, some big some small. She takes a methodical approach which works for me and remembers the smallest of details from past sessions, showing she cares a ton. Further, she's not afraid to call me out and holds me accountable for putting the work in to improve. Strongly recommend.

I’ve been working with Jamie for about 9 months and he’s unlocked doors of new understanding and ways of approaching my life that I struggled to get to on my own. He’s a kind and active listener. I’m honestly shocked at how many details he recalls from past sessions and ties it back into the current topic. He’s very careful with how he digs - letting me set the boundaries for that but also knowing when the right time is to push further. Genuinely appreciate him as a therapist. He’s seriously great at this.
