I gave 5 starts because they have earned. My son has taken therapy here almost 2 years now and I have seen a great improvement on him. Hi is really attached to me if I don't go with him he doesn't go no where. But every since i brought him to his therapy he changed for good.Now he come and he goes by itself the room.if the therapist doesn't come fast he get desperate. That's because they have earned his trust.they are really great team,they care about our children. I don't have any suggestions about this place my son and I feel really great with Therapy World. thank you for everything keep it up.

Not only did I have to call multiple times to have all my daughters paper work sent over to a new place they gave be attitude rite from the start especially the speech therapists they argued with me each time because I wanted to observe who was with my daughter especially the first time meeting them, they tried to push me out of the room even though my 4 year old told them she was not comfortable being alone with them and tried to gaslight me as to why I wanted to stay and I found that very sketchy they even accused me of recording when I wasn’t. The new place welcomes me to sit in sessions they’re so nice and find it ridiculous that the people here where so rude and pushy. I know many people looking for treatment for they’re children I will make sure I tell them to AVOID THERAPY WORLD! And parents and caregivers reading this stay away from here they’re so unprofessional rude and sketchy to want to be alone with your child so bad. Edit: Everything I’ve stated is true in my experience your obviously going to take the sides of your employees so your business doesn’t look bad don’t try to make me seem like I’m the liar when your establishment is unprofessional so my statement stands i don’t understand how you say your for the children but your employees dismissed my child’s emotions and voice when she stated she did not want to stay without me. Everyone needs a to be retrained.

I fully stand behind Therapy World and their staff 1000%. Any comments that you see negatively and in a mean nature should not be taken into consideration. Every service experience is different, but overall this team is excellent. The therapists here are incredibly passionate and professionals. I know each one of them individually for many years and all they have demonstrated is a passion for serving children. My daughter took therapy for over a year and as of today she is doing incredibly wonderful. Many positive comments will follow! Parents focus on the positives! The end result is what counts and the therapists here have helped many kids succeed!
