We can’t thank this lovely family-run business enough for helping us dry our home out after a water leak — twice unfortunately, after having two leaks within a year! From start to finish, the whole team were so helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The customer service was excellent and they came out quickly to assess everything and get the drying equipment set up just before Christmas, when many companies would have delayed the job until the New Year. What can I say , I had what I thought was issues in my with mould, I called Humidity response who answered straight away, they were great they put in contact with Jason the director of the company, his response to my issues was amazing, he contacted me and arranged a visit to my home the next day. I can't praise him enough, he was amazing he went through all my concerns and explained things with me, and put my mind at rest. He went above and beyond and could not of been more helpful, it's so nice to be able to put your trust in someone who doesn't want to take your money.
