From the start he was friendly, approachable and always happy to answer any questions we had, which made what could have been a stressful process feel much more manageable. Joshua kept us updated at every stage and explained things clearly, so we always felt like we knew what was going on. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he was quick to respond whenever we needed help or reassurance. Special thanks to Melanie who also helped us with our transaction.
