OMG this company financial department is a joke ai have been waiting for a refund since January and tomorrow is June 1st. I would never recommend😔, please do not get me wrong Therapist and counselor were fantastic but the management and financial department poorly professional. Please see all the details below: 1st: I contacted my insurance and Thriveworks in a conference call to make sure coverage was provided. 2nd: After confirming coverage and only having a co pay of 15 dollars I receive a bill for selfpay consultation when I was already confirmed to be covered by my insurance. 3rd: Please note my daughter and I are under the same policy and we receive same coverage and hers was 15 dollars but for myself they were charging me the complete consultation, when I saw the charge I contacted the customer services and aparently my insurance information was logged incorrectly. 4th: After talking to customer service they resubmit my bill to insurance and insurance paid. Instead of refunding my money after receiving payment I had to call multiple time to claim reimbursement. I have been calling and was informed I was going to received my US$155.00 between since May 9th, between 7 to14 day. 5th:Today 5/30/25 I called to follow up because I have not receive my money back and they reportwd me that because is more than 90 days they can't reimburse the money to my card and they need to send me a paper check that takes between 2 to 4 week to be process🤦🏽‍♀️ when I request to speak with a supervisor or manager I was denied because they did not have the time aparently to take my call. I requested my payment to be expedite because of the long way and aparently that is not possible. This was a very poor customer support not even try to compensate all the time waiting for my reimbursement and no even taking the moment to answer my call from supervisor. I would not recomend this place because whatever you try to resolve in therapy, the financial or manager will screw you up.

Was misleading when informed at time of booking that my insurance was accepted. Just recieved a bill 6 months later for over $700, because they state they do not do pre-authorizations, it's Up to the patient. What a scam! BUYER BEWARE
