I went to Shannan H. with Thriveworks because my insurance was taken here. This was a HUGE mistake. She does not listen to her clients thoughts and feelings. She tried to tell me that I wasn’t anxious or depressed, although I was definitely feeling both. I decided to go back to my previous Dr. and pay out of pocket, because they at least knew what they were doing and listened. I regret ever going to Thriveworks. It was an awful experience and seeing Shannan has been the most difficult time of my adult life. She put me on medications She never should’ve put me on. When I told her I was feeling awful she made no attempt to change them, which is why I stopped seeing her. She does not care about what her patients are going through. I highly suggest you find another person/company to go with When considering a new psychiatrist.

Dr. Frederick Smith is a great clinical Psychologist. A great listener. He is trustworthy and very compassionate towards his clients. Dr. Smith is results oriented. He has helped me to grow tremendously in my life. He is also very professional!
