Lauren has been an awesome therapist. She's extremely compassionate, understanding and logical. For the longest time I teeter tottered on the idea of going to therapy and after going for the last 6ish months, I can say I feel an actual difference and lightness to my mind. I didn't realize how much I held onto in my mind until I started seeing Lauren and began to learn so much more about myself that I honestly never expected. Not to mention, Tiller has a great location along the riverside of St Charles and it always feels very peaceful pulling up! Highly recommend this office to anyone seeking out a therapist!
