Fries were hard like reheated. Other than that tasted fine. Not sure if the whole chain changed the honey mustard sauce but the it was way more watery/thin than before. Customer service sucks. I am expected to know exactly what I want as soon as i get to the board. If i don't i am rushed the lady says what do you want?I tell her just wait let me think. She gives me 7 seconds and repeat herself. One time i said give me a minute. She said i don't have all day what do you want? I said I will go to the next one she agreed and said go ahead. So i left.

I come here for luke warm soft fries and staff who is not trained on basic customer service (hello, thanks, please). Management spend some time on training new staff specially on them who doesn’t come from a polite Canadian culture. Jeez.

Terrible experience at KFC. Two weeks ago, they forgot my spicy snack wrap — I called, and they promised to make up for it next time. Today, I ordered a Famous Chicken Sandwich combo, a spicy wrap, and a plant-based sandwich. They gave two wraps for free, but forgot the plant-based sandwich — had to go back through the drive-thru to get it. Worst part: the Famous Chicken Sandwich had a bone-in chicken thigh inside. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. Too many mistakes in just two visits. Won’t be coming back.
