Horrible customer service the guy that helped us his name was Anthony and was rushing my grandmother speaking over us and getting louder as he did and when I asked if it was possible if other stores were selling cases for the phone I got he said he didn’t know and smiled because he wanted the commission from it even though he was already selling us a phone knowing that the cases were 30-50$ and I ended up getting a case just like they had in the store that’s just as good from Walmart for 7$. I recommend T-Mobile but not this store.
