maja cvetkovskaI called Philip for my first appointment, he really tried to accomodate my appointment time preference. He did the the same on the second visit as well. Very pleased with this service. As for the pest issue, it is about to be seen if the treatment is effective. The first round significantly redused the bugs, hopefully the second one will be the final as predicted by the technitian Scott. He was also nice. I wish he took a bit more time to explain all the prevention measures I could do, but regardless I am happy with his service for now, waiting to see if the results will be possitive. Update, treatment was not completely successful, there were still some live bugs at the end of the second round 2 weeks treatment time. With some hard work and testing every possible method I have managed to resolve the problem. The warantee visit could have been better communicated and organized, but there was an effort to correct and improve this. Overral I would reccommend this company
