Megan Mitchen and Tom Stender-Custer were both efficient and effective in helping us understand what it would take to list and sell our house after we had had a less than satisfactory experience with another realtor. We followed their advice, and they had the house listed within 8 days and sold within a week. If that was the sum of the experience, it still would have been extraordinary. However, Tom has been our superhero as we encountered a series of setbacks after the inspection and even as late as the "walk through." He had suggestions and went out of his way to meet repairmen at the house since we are already in Colorado. I'm not sure the sale would have been possible without Tom's assistance. We valued his expertise and calm manner as he encouraged us "not to panic" several times and helped us deal with situations as they arose. Working with Tom and the C21 team was a great experience. We were first time home buyers who were new to DSM and Tom could not have been more accommodating. He was very understanding of our admittedly, scattered vision of where we wanted to live, and showed us something in each neighborhood/suburb. Tom was available to show us houses based on our schedule, which was great. We were new to home buying, and Tom was able to point out things to consider as risks in a home, down to cracks in a driveway that we never would have seen. It felt like he always had our best interest in mind. Post ownership, he has helped us identify resources to make the house our own (blinds, fence, etc.).
