I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed today at Hillsboro Chevrolet. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. Brent was the employee who helped me, and he was fantastic — professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. He walked me through the service process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The oil change was done quickly and efficiently, and Brent even made sure other basic maintenance checks were handled without me having to ask — tire pressure, fluid levels, and more. No pressure to buy anything extra, just honest and reliable service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I felt like a valued customer the entire time. Huge thanks to Brent and the team at Hillsboro Chevrolet — I’ll definitely be coming back!
