Top Roofing is an example that all contractors should learn from. A couple of years ago, Top Roofing reroofed my home, and when the insurance company recently asked me to re-roof an apartment building we own, I knew I only needed to make one call. Roy worked with me to meet the requirements set by the insurance company (even after the requirements changed) and ensured the work was completed by their deadline. Excellent communication, fair pricing, punctuality, and professionalism characterize their service. The entire team is courteous and friendly. I would recommend Top Roofing to friends and family. If the need arises (hopefully not for many years), I will definitely use Top Roofing again.

I found Top Roofing on Yelp as I was looking for a full roof replacement. I contacted a number of places, having found them via Yelp or through referrals. All the bids were similar in price, but I found the proposal from Top Roofing to be the most detailed in terms of the work. Roy met me at the residence, conducted an inspection of the roof, and then spent about 20 minutes walking me through the state of the roof, what he noticed that wasn't ideal/or done right, and how he would address them in the replacement work. I appreciate his thoroughness and taking the time to explain the project. In terms of what stood out about Roy and Top Roofing: - **Great communication** I received clear communication on when the job would start, an update on progress each day (along with photos and videos), and updates on details like when permits were getting pulled and when inspectors were coming by. If I had any questions throughout the process (starting from after receiving the proposal all the way to after the work was done), Roy responded promptly via email and text. - **Timely and professional** Roy clearly laid out what the project would entail, when the job would start and likely finish, and completed everything according to the timeline he shared. Our project included removing the old roof (2 layers) and then replacing with a completely new roof. The project started on a Tuesday and finished on a Monday (6 days total). All in all, I would recommend Top Roofing to others. They are the first contractors I've had a good experience with, especially when it comes to communication, professionalism, and organization. When spending boatloads :) of money on your home, the last thing you want is to have to deal with a contractor/company that doesn't do what they say, leaving you anxious and annoyed.

If you need roofing work done! I highly recommend Top Roofing. Roy Rabinek came by to do the initial inspection. The priority was to replace skylights, but needed the entire roof replaced (it’s been over 3 decades). Roy gave a very detailed walkthrough of what he had planned to do and emphasized the focus on quality for a reasonable price. He answered all questions my parents and I had. 5 other roofing companies had came by in the same week and they didn’t give much information on the quoted prices after they did their inspection. so the choice was simple. See the end results of the roof!
