Hai and his wife are great to work with. I made the shop switch as we relocated from Portland. Torque was the logical choice for our Toyota car maintenance. As a busy company owner myself, Hai went out of his way to take care of me with a shop vehicle while my car was in for a much needed tune up / service. The new location is well situated and nicely laid out. They are a growing business and it is easy to see why so many in the Salem are trust them with their vehicles. Do NOT take your car to a dealership. Give Torque a call first!

Excellent customer service and great communication. My 2010 Subaru needed a few gaskets/seals replaced, as well as new brake pads. Torque Automotive completed the repairs in a timely fashion for a great price. Car is running smoothly.

Had an electrical issue with my RAV4 Hybrid a few weekends ago. Reach out to Toyota and they were not much help. Called the guys over at Torque and they point me in the right direction to get my car running again. The best part was they got me in that day to troubleshoot what was going on and this was on a Saturday! Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend if you need your Toyota or any vehicle looked at.
