Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain all my options, but he also made sure I fully understood each one. Thanks to his expertise, he was able to save my tooth—saving me thousands of dollars in the process! Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Van made me feel completely comfortable, explaining every step along the way. His professionalism, skill, and genuine care for his patients truly set him apart. I was very happy to have found Total Dental with the best pricing and availability out of all the places I called in my area. I had a painful wisdom tooth for months but was unable to get it looked at due all other places I called having high prices without insurance as well as having to wait weeks for an appointment but I was very pleased when Total Dental gave me a price that was almost half of what other places told me and with availability the day after I called. at first I was worried that the condition of my tooth would be a complicated extract but Dr.Oliver Van let me know what would happen and made it a very quick and easy procedure contrary to what I was told from other places. Overall, it was a very friendly, comfortable and painless experience, all my questions were answered and I defiantly recommend going here.

I had a truly great dental experience at Total Dental Center. It has been many years since I had been to the dentist due to neglect and previous bad experiences and I think I'm very lucky to have found Dr. Van. The facility was in a convenient location for me, was very easy to find, and had excellent street parking. The office was comfortable, neat, and stylish to the extent that a medical/dental office can be. Truly a breath of fresh air! The appointment process was very easy and they were able to verify my insurance ahead of time with me. Also, reception was really nice and the check in process was quick and easy. In the dental room with Dr. Van, he was efficient, neat, meticulous, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took an variety of x-rays, showed me in detail anything/everything he was concerned about, quoted me a price after consulting with billing, and was able to do a filling right then and there with no need to schedule another appointment. During the filling, Dr. Van was patient, thoughtful about my experience, and obviously an expert at what he does. I cannot express how thankful I am to Total Dental Center for this nice experience. It felt great to take care of myself by making this appointment and I felt valued and taken care of by the team at this dental office. Cheers!
