Came in for an oil change, and the tech forgot to put the gasket on the filter. Realized this when I got home 30 minutes away. Oil was all over the driveway. Ended up towing the car back to them. They replaced the part. But inconvenience my day with this issue. The under of the car was covered in oil and also the trunk area. Didn't even bother to clean it or a courtesy wash. Last visit, they stripped the bolts holding the skid plate, which I had to purchase for them to install. Definitely will not be returning.

Rafael negotiated with us and was on point. Gabriel in finance walked us through the 200 pages of contract and was patient with us as we questioned every single paragraph.
