Customer service was very helpful in troubleshooting the Kasa light switch had failed and approved its replacement. I heard back from Octavia promptly regarding dropping off defective product and picking up a replacement. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Octavia Chen from TP-Link Canada regarding an RMA for my HS103. Despite initial challenges with shipping costs and a Canada Post strike, Octavia was invaluable. She escalated my case to management and arranged for a replacement unit to be sent without the need to return the defective one. I had an issue with my HS220 about eight months after purchasing it. All of a sudden, it lost the Scheduling feature on the app. I contacted the support via app, which relentlessly tried to troubleshoot via software. In the end, I was given an RMA and scheduled an appointment to replace the unit with a new one. It took maybe less than 10 minutes and I was going home with a brand new switch, which is working as expected. Special thanks to Leary and Octavia for the kindness and readiness.

One of my PTZ camera went bad. I had a chat with them. They initiated an email promptly. I opted to droff and get replacement immediatly. They gave me a slot next day. Replacement took only 5 minutes when i was there. Very good service.
