Danfoss has been a better delivery service on our Amazon purchases than Amazon's own drivers. We asked the doorbell be rung on delivery, Amazon never does it, Mike R never misses. Great to have him!

how is it that we ask you to pickup 3 pallets of tires for us and you deliver 16 pallets, that arent even ours, we never did get our 3, and you tell us, its our problem? then you try billing us for 16? we could not open for 3 days, had to hire temp workers, and get them back, on our dime. dan foss is a gong show. addition to poste: NO, you did not pick up what you were sent for at all. you brought us 16 pallets, that werent ours and made us deal with them.

Spoke with 2 dispatcher guys (at Delta location) trying to arrange two odd size items shipping from Victoria to Surrey. Both gentlemen were very helpful and took the time to get all the info and to relay it all to the driver. Driver showed up delivered the two items, (which ended up a little larger than I stated) and again, great service and dropped them off with problem. Dan Foss = Good customer service. Thanks DF
