I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve had the worst customer experience. The owner of this nail spa clearly missed the memo on how to treat paying customers. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like doing my nails was a personal favor rather than a service I was paying for. When I called, she said come right away, when I came, she was still busy and when I politely asked how long, she was very rude. If I was given an option of zero star, I would have given, better improve customer service

My tech did an amazing job on my nails and was very sweet and kind! The salon provides a range of hand and foot treatments, including exfoliation and moisturization, to keep your skin soft and smooth. I'm so happy with my beautiful nails! I wish I could give more than five stars! Love Tran Ongles Spa! Love my new shape and the hand painted design 😍
