Warehouse- Terrible service since Dalton left. Our raw materials would get delivered there and it would take days to even get the paperwork that's without saying I could not get my inventory until days after delaying our business for productions, they lost some of our inventory, very unorganized warehouse.

Great company with excellent service. We use TIMAX for all shipments from parcels to pallets and all are always delivered on-time even with last minute notice. They always go above and beyond to make what I need happen. The only thing better than their service, is the people working for them. Would highly recommend!

Awful experience. We ordered wine from Tawse weeks ago, they shipped it via Timax the next day. A couple of days later we checked the tracking and it said they had attempted delivery and left a notice. We get our items shipped to a business address. The time they said they 'attempted' delivery the store was open - unsurprisingly no notice was left either. Called and emailed several times trying to reschedule delivery, emails and messages left unanswered. Finally, weeks after it should have been delivered they might try today. Use someone else for shipping, from top to bottom this company is poorly run.
