Customer experiences
If we could give you zero stars we would. What you did with us is absolutely disgusting. Dalyce​ Mandryk your customer service is a joke. We have never been treated this way by any travel agency. You took our money and then went through a third party to book our flights. Changed dates and all flights were a total screw up. You confirmed over email that luggages were included, which they were not. You offered zero help and sent our itineraries to wrong email addresses so we didn't get them for days. Didn't notify us when ALL our flights changed. You should be embarrassed about how you treated us. We booked this trip overseas to visit a sick family member and you made this experience even harder. People be aware of this travel agency and do not book with them. We wouldn't want them to do to you, what they did you us.
The first time I used this service using my RBC Rewards points was awesome. Dallas was my agent. That was in March 2016. This time I tried to use Dallas but she was on holidays so I used Marcia. Not very good and very disappointed even when I complained to upper management. I spoke with Carmella Cambrera, the manager in regards to the service provided by Marcia yesterday morning, Carmella asked me to write an email regarding my concerns, which I did right away. Today before noon, I tried to reach out to Carmella but she was "busy" with a client. It has been a couple of hours now and I still have not received a call back.Carlson Wagonlit books using Expedia and once you check in with the hotel, no one is willing to help you change the hotel booking even an upgrade would have been nice but no one wants to deal with it.
Worst of the worse , Very bad customer support and a lot of booking mistakes , they dont take responsibilty or even support . They care about extra money and get booking fees from you
