We booked a vacation with this company because they were recommended by a friend. Unlike others on here, our experience was very different. We do like the initial visit because they have a physical location you can go to and can help you with passport applications, etc. We had met with the owner, Stephanie, and she seemed to be very helpful in that initial visit. However, after booking with this company and paying the initial down payment, there was a lack of communication from Stephanie, and she was always not available when we called the office. That initial visit was the last time my friend and I talked or dealt with Stephanie. We were transferred to Ariana without any notification or communication on Stephanie's part. They took our pictures for our passport renewal; however, they sent us the wrong pictures in the mail. We decided to just take care of this ourselves. They have also failed to price monitor the cruise, so we can get a better price if there is a price change. We have to ask them to do that, or be the ones to price monitor ourselves. Our experience with a different travel agency in the past was far from this. If not for our friend, we would have used our previous agent. There was a lack of communication and guidance from this company. It was not a good experience. We will not be booking with this company again and will not be recommending them. Our friend who recommended them is also looking for another travel agent or will be using the one we used before.

I worked with Travel Girl to book my bachelorette party trip to Cancun. From start to finish, my entire experience was extremely positive and personalized. I can't say enough great things about Travel Girl! I specifically worked with Ariana and she was so helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. She helped me identify several great all-inclusive resort options within my budget and then helped me choose one that had all the things I was looking for. We had a group of 9 girls on the trip, and Ana did a great job coordinating with everyone and sending out timely communication and reminders. The entire booking process was very smooth and easy. Whenever I had a question, Ana was so quick to respond. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire experience! My bachelorette party and the resort we chose ended up being perfect! Because Ana helped us with all of the logistics, we were all able to just relax and have a great time. Don't hesitate to book your next trip with Travel Girl. You won't regret it!
