I have been a member of Trico for a very long time. And it never occurred to me to ahare with you also this place has consistently been . The service, quality of well maintained equipment, and the fact that you never have to lineup to use the equipment, as they are well stocked, and there is always plenty of room for stretching and related activities. The staff is always ready to help and especially the Frances is always smiling and welcome. With the rising costs out there, they have kept their pricing very fair. For me the offer excellent value, especially since I participate in the fitness classes that are included within our membership fee. Just doing three yoga classes a week Covers the cost of a monthly membership. They have packages and pricing for all. I highly recommend checking out Trico center. there is truly a sense of community here. I also believe until 31 October, they’re offering a seven day free trial. PS. And did I mention the hot tub and steam room!

All the staff that I have encountered are very pleasant and helpful with any questions regarding programs. The pool layout(beach style and islands) is great for toddlers and young kids, and they have lots of lifejackets and floatie toys available. The pool dressing room is always clean, I only took off 1 star as I think their showerheads in the pool dressing rooms could use some love - other than that have had all great experiences here!

I really wish I had great things to say, but I don’t. Theres no slide anymore, the price for a pool drop in is one of the most expensive in the city, but there’s not a lot going on. When we went the head lifeguard was really cold and kind of rude. Getting right up close to peoples hair to make sure it was wet and asking them to go back. Stating people’s hair wasn’t wet enough, but letting some people with dry hair go right by. I know the staff members name, but it was apparent this is her behaviour on a regular basis based on how the other workers interacted with her. Hate to say anything bad about someone, but it stuck with us. A lot of the reviews state similar things. Expensive price, but lackluster.

The front desk staff I had interactions with were wonderful and lovely and answered all my questions. However, this is where the good experience ended. I registered my 5-month-old for swimming lessons and would not recommended. The facility itself is run-down, feels very dingy and dirty. The pool feels and looks like it is poorly maintained and the water is so cold for the little ones. The showers were warm, however one time they were boiling and I couldn't rinse off the baby because it was too hot. The family change room was always a gong show, the layout is just terrible and there are very few places to change a baby. The change room felt and looked so dirty. The swimming lessons were not very good. I attended 6 of the 8 sessions and each one was nearly identical. Nothing new, not overly exciting. I have no idea the instructors name because she never introduced herself. She didn't seem to really know what she was doing and we spent a fair amount of time not doing anything while see consulted her notes. I was disappointed that when all the other kids got a report card halfway through the lesson set, we were told we wouldn't get one 'because they are just babies." I thought the whole point of swimming lessons was to asses the skills in the water, therefore we as parents should receive feedback, no matter their age. The final report card was a tiny piece of paper with a pass or fail box checked, so again absolutely no feedback. I understand that the parent and tot lessons are very simplistic by nature, but with the price of these lessons I expected a better experience and a better instructor. The lifeguard on duty was incredibly rude. On our first day, we were quite early, so we stood on the pool deck for 10 minutes waiting for our lessons. In that time I was approached by the lifeguard and told to shower, which I had already done as I was obviously dripping wet. Clearly I was waiting for lessons (as that was the only thing happening at the pool at the time). When it came time for lessons to start, no one greeted me or asked which lesson we were in. I noticed an instructor and one baby in the water so went to join them. As I passed by the lifeguard from before he said, "you were supposed to wait over there" very rudely and pointed across the pool deck. This was my first time doing lessons here, so how was I supposed to know that? Clearly I was waiting so why would he not have directed me in our first interaction? Just very poor customer service. We kept going because little one loved the water and we had already paid, but I will absolutely not be back, nor will I recommended lessons or swimming here to anyone.
