I was so happy & appreciative of the service and promptness of the results at Tridon today! A friendly greeting at reception with prompt, knowledgeable service with the results and parts I needed. When I went out to my vehicle (within 10 minutes of arriving!) to try out my radio.., there was one small hiccup but the guy at service pointed out the issue and it was solved! 15 minutes and I was on my way with my 2 way working like a fine tuned machine! This place is an absolute go-to for your mobile radio needs and more! Been referred to this location by a friend who buys his equipment from here and I have to say, great service! The lady in the parts/equipment desk was so friendly and nice, pleasant to talk to! Came in to buy a NMO vehicle-specific mount, nmo wire + connector and power wires for my personal Kenwood radio to be mounted in the truck. Definitely a 5+ service from them, will be coming back again! Highly recommended. 👍🏼
