I had a load booked with Brandon Johnson at Trinity picking up Glendale Ky going to Haslet TX. My driver was unloading roughly 60 miles away from the pick up location. The pick up was between 12-4 allowing my driver plenty of time for us to be on time to the pick up location. Brandon took it in his best interest to remove the load from us and give it to another carrier as it was to "dicey". This is how you do not do business. I would recommend to any carrier that they need to stay way from this Broker.

Booked a load with them on 12/19/22 was told I am being paid flat rate. yet they send a rate con with per bag rate. Got loaded up at shipper legal weight, sent them bol with case count. Their rep had said we are good to go and did not mention anything about cutting the rate. After we deliver the load they cut money from the rate stating we were short on bags, which is true but what can I as a carrier do? Load up to over weight and get a violation for being over weight? This just tells me they want carriers running illegal weight and breaking the law. I showed them proof of everything and yet they have nothing to say in regards to backing up their words on why they're cutting the rate besides "You were short on bags".

Went to check in for a load 7.19 and was told it had been rescheduled for 7.24. No one contacted me ahead of time to lmk of this change. Stay away from this broker
