Kevin did an evaluation on the roof on a Wednesday and was here the next day to do the job. He was the 3rd of my estimates. His price was right between the other 2 quotes. However, he did more than the lower bid was going to do and was more trustworthy than the higher bid. Thus, I’m happy with his work and hopefully will never need him again.

Out of four people that quoted Kevin stood out as being the least pushy and most practical. He thinks from the customers' point of view and will only fix what needs fixing and replace what needs replacing. I was quoted over $10,000 by one company for two areas of flashing that needed to be replaced and 200 cracked tiles! (There were actually just two). The other three estimates came in at half that and Kevin's was the most competitive, yet his scope of work was as good and in many ways better.
