I was trying to pull out my vehicle and Alan was pumping out the basins in the underground garage, he coordinated with me and helped guide me out because his truck was blocking most of the path. Very nice and helpful. By the time I got back he was already finished and gone.

On Aug. 11/25 I called Troubleshooters to address my backed up kitchen sink. We have normally had Andrew come out for our plumbing issues because he is very honest, professional and does great work. He was not available on this day, so Nikolai came to our home. He called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was very polite and friendly and quickly assessed the issue and provided me with a solution. Nikolai fixed the problem quickly and without making a mess. I was very happy with his work. Our most recent, December 2024, experience with Trouble Shooters Plumbing & Drains was extremely positive. One of our water pipes burst and our property manager contacted Trouble Shooters right away. Within 30 minutes Ian arrived to check out the situation. It was late in the day on Dec. 23 and Ian was able to do an initial evaluation. He explained the difficulty in this particular repair, but he assured us that we would be taken care of. Early the next morning, ahead of the scheduled time, Andrew showed up, on his day off, to see what type of work needed to be done. Andrew had done work for us before and we were sure glad to see him arrive at our home. We were very pleased with his previous work. Because our issue was very complicated due to poor initial construction, Andrew was only able to cap the pipe that was causing the problem at that time. This gave us water so we would not have to stay in a hotel. Today, Dec.26 Andrew showed up early again and got right to work. He had come up with a plan of how to complete the repair to the broken pipe and to change its location so that it would be more accessible than it currently was. He quickly, carefully and efficiently carried out the repair needed in a reasonable amount time and at a reasonable cost. He used better quality materials than were used in the initial construction of our home and cleaned up so that there was not a mess. Andrew is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He takes pride in his work and really considers the long term solution as opposed to the quick repair. I hope we never have plumbing issues again, but if we do, our first call will be to Trouble Shooters.

Good work. Sean arrived on time, worked hard to find a tricky problem in our 3-storey + basement home, sourced the parts, and kept working until the job was complete and tested. Sean protected everything with drop sheets and was pleasant to deal with. Happy that it all works and it's obvious that the owner really cares about his business and people. Fair price after chat with owner.
