We had garage door opener installed on 4/26/24. Ethan charged $675 for the chamberlain opener and installation. After install, I noticed that he had done a shoddy job of the wiring. I called up on 4/29/24 and asked him to come by and fix the wiring which was a mess. He said he would come on 4/30/24. Waited for him but no show and no call. Called again on 4/30/24, he said would send out “technician” on 5/2/24, again no show and no call. It looks like once they get your money, he will not provide you with follow up to fix the issues. He sure wants your Google rating and will pay $25 for it. The “toll free” number he gave to call for issues does not work either. Finally, fed up with this company, I fixed the shoddy wiring my self. Even though the connected wires were low voltage, it is common practice to cap the wire joints. My advise, stay away from this company, take your business elsewhere.
