I have recently moved to the area of Jersey City and I decided it was time for me to finally take action and resolve my dental issues. From the first appointment (initial consultation) AV Dental and all the amazing people who work there have been so accommodating, supportive and just generally providing the very best personable service to me and their other patients. I have been returning for follow up visits for various reasons and I am always greeted so positively by Nicole at the desk. Nicole is always so positive and friendly and welcoming that it puts a nervous patient like me immediately at ease. I have had the pleasure of having appointments with many of the dentists and hygienists there. All of the staff take a personable approach and genuinely care about their patients and their reasons for wanting dental treatments. Special shout out to Ernesto, Dr V and Dr Jen for being so patient and friendly with me. 100% would recommend to anyone. Be back again soon!

If you value your health and want the best care, Av Dental is the place to go. Recently my mother and I went for cleanings, and I must say, Av Dental has some world class service. The office manager Shirley, was extremely cooperative. She let us know that we were in good hands, she was immensely patient and both my mother and I felt right at home. The entire process was seamless and the cleaning that both me and my mother received was absolutely top notch. The hygienist, Ernesto, took his time and made sure that we were comfortable. He is truly talented and knows exactly what he’s doing. Av Dental had some of the best service I’ve seen in a while, if you want quality, Av Dental is what you’re looking for.

Ernesto the hygienist was very attentive. He anticipated the moments that I may be in slight discomfort thereby giving me those moments to reset and ready myself for the slight pain I might deserve for not having taken better care of my oral care. . . I could feel the experience he brings by his knowledge of his craft and his logic while discussing any queries I had while also showing me proactive techniques to help me not be in the precarious position of less than adequate oral self care. . . I don’t usually leave a review, but I was compelled to after an insurance ordeal I was having. The office manager Shirley was very attentive to my needs and concerns. With some back and forth with the insurance company she was able to get me to where I was comfortable with my payments. The staff is very friendly and for me bedside manner is a must being that I get a lot of anxiety when visiting the dentist. The hygienist was especially comforting realizing that I couldn’t relax due to my phobias he took his time and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding.
