If I could give negative 100 stars I would. UPS is by far the worst courier out of all of them. Terrible customer service, half the time leave a notice without knocking or ringing the bell (happened numerous times to me while I’m home) or they love to scan it as “incorrect address” I’m currently on day 3 of waiting for a coffee table and about 10 calls in between Amazon and UPS. Customer service is a joke, you get different story every agent you call, I’ve been hung up on, lied to, haven my lunch hours and breaks at home consumed by being on hold. It said it was out for delivery for the third day this morning and said arriving by 1:30 and now it’s “by end of day” which typically means it’s not coming. Dealing with them is enough to make me want to pull my hair out. Would not ever recommend

Driver refused to deliver package, should be fired. Drives by house, like what kind of business is this. Also crazy prices and over charges get a life

They try to deliver my package that needs a signature 4 times during the work day when no one's home and then are going to return to sender unless I pay $40 to send it to the ups store where I can pick it up after work hours. What a joke
