These people are very shady. Who sells a property in the middle of the day? Who contracts out work to a contractor that starts while you own the property and finishes when you don’t? My AC hasn’t worked for a month. It was like pulling teeth to get them to bring me the window unit the maintenance man promised me. Contractor came out today to fix it—guess what it doesn’t work still! I text old true property management and they say speak with the new owners, I was trying to get the contractors number to let him know. The entire complex finds out today that the property has been sold.

true property is the best rental property I EVER rented from. they are reliable, punctual and professional ! Firstly I love my home. They take great care of the tenants and i'm so happy that I chose to see how good they are for myself . Anytime I have any issues they send someone to my aid SAME DAY I am beyond greatful to be a loyal resident. Praying for a continued great stay in my true property home. Thank you true property for striving for greatness and continuing to exceed all expectation!

Beware. I invested and I got badly taken advantage of. I bought TWO houses in the Granger Brown program with a "turn-key" solution that turned really really wrong. They sold me on a "warranty" program. I pay a monthly fee and they maintain it all as needed, rent it, etc. Turnkey. No hassle. NOT THE TRUTH. There was a huge lack of communication with the property manager (True Prop Mgt, Mike Suggs). They also tried to "eliminate the original agreement" along the way with a letter thinking we'd not notice. Nope you can't just STOP providing the warranty that was the reason that we CONTRACTUALLY made the investment. I "bought" the program because I'm out of state and needed to make sure the house was managed well. It was their sales pitch that they would manage it all and guarantee my rents. There was no communication with M Suggs... When I asked questions, he was rude and aggressive... As a result I sent someone there to inspect my properties because I'm out of state, and we were about 2 yrs into the arrangement. What did I learn? Plumbing leaks with wall deteriorated... a back porch literally falling off the house in disrepairs which is a HAZARD, unhappy tenants with appliances that didn't work, a port-a-let in my backyard! On and on. It was a literal nightmare. So I listed the properties to sell because I didn't have mindful management of them. Be aware that this was a LAST RESORT because these "investments" are NOT PROFITABLE unless held long term. But if you can't trust them to manage them properly long term, then you lose value in your home and have to sell it to an investor. Overall... BAD INVESTMENT. Sorry I did it. These are not honest, nor kind people to deal with. PHOTOS ATTACHED. I bought these houses newly remodeled and in excellent rentable condition. A short two years later... see photos which are just a small sample of what happened to my houses in those two years while managed by True Property Management Group.
