Had such a great experience with Fortress this week. Communication from start to finish was clear, friendly and really easy and booking a slot to get our back door fixed was completely hassle-free. David and the team at Fortress are heaven sent. My key snapped inside my lock on a Saturday night and I got utterly scammed by another locksmith, lying to me about not being able to get it out and hugely overcharging me for a new lock. I got suspicious when I looked into getting extra key copies cut, so found Fortress on the MLA site and contacted them for advice. David explained what had happened and then he & his team rectified the problem for me at no cost, getting the snapped key out and putting the old lock back in, so I had my old, better lock back in place. They were so understanding and helpful, plus they really know what they’re talking about. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
