My laptop broke and I decided to buy a desktop the next day. I searched around and found Tsukumo had a pretty cool Storm rig and I thought I’d just buy it as I didn’t want to bother building/waiting. I went to Tsukumo and was helped by Sano-san. My Japanese isn’t great but Sano-san was happy to help me out if I was ok with him using translation tools. I really appreciated it as he could have just said “sorry, no English” and wait for me to leave. Instead, he continued to give me great customer service and ensured all important points were explained and understood (warranty voids, who to call if something goes wrong etc.). They offered free delivery but I opted to take the PC home on the day of course. I still appreciated the offer. Thanks again for the patience and the help, Sano-san!

I want to write this review for the exceptional staff, particularly for Beniya-san, who helped out a novice like me pick out the most cost effective build while putting into consideration my requests (micro-ATX, all black, below XX budget). The case size (which is very small compared to other micro-ATX) was the most important factor. I came to this shop with 2 different builds I requested from friends and family, but Beniya-san explained clearly why these parts, while not bad, are not exactly ideal for the case (size issues relative to the case or the other parts, cost performance, heat regulation). Even if those parts were highly rated online, the ratings often don't take into consideration the size and the case. I think speaking with the staff here has its merits since they definitely know what they are doing. Though the suggestions from my friends seemed not ideal, Beniya-san explained it in a professional yet direct way, without putting down other people. I think that is very important in customer service especially when it comes to something as expensive as PC parts (so, thank you Beniya-san, I really appreciated the honesty). I went to a different shop to request for a build, but I ended up coming back here. And the PC that came was well-packaged and way ahead of time - best investment I've made in years. I have recommended this shop to my friends back in my home country and will continue to recommend it to anyone who wishes to build a PC. Best customer experience I've had.
