From the moment we met Tim at T-Tech we found Tim to be very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly understanding of how important the data was to us. Even though the recovery ended up being challenging due to the condition of our hard drive, Tim went above and beyond to try every possible solution. Tim kept us updated throughout the process, explained everything in simple terms, and was honest and transparent about the chances of recovery and the costs involved. While we weren't able to recover all the data in the end, we truly appreciate the effort and care that Tim and his associates put into trying. The screen came off my iPhone. I took it to T-Tech where I was given really good advice and a choice of screens. As the screen had come completely off, the phone was tested to make sure it would work rather than just replacing the screen and wasting my money if it didn’t work. I’ve had a couple of replacement screens before and this is definitely the best. It’s clear, bright and responsive. Repaired quickly and a good price.
